DDMIX
DDMIX is a full body aerobic workout based on a wide range of different dance styles with easy to follow steps. Choreographed by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke, each genre is approximately 2.5 minutes long.
Miss Hannah is a qualified DDMIX instructor delivering sessions at iDANCE. As well as running DDMIX adult classes Miss Hannah is also a qualified DDMIX for Schools instuctor offering DDMIX after school clubs!
